Maintenance Operative

Hours of Work: different days and working hours depending on the rota

Rate of pay: £12.21

Bidvest Noonan are currently recruiting for a Maintenance/cleaning Operative to join us on a part-time basis - 24h plus overtime up to maximum 48hours a week.

As a Maintenance Operative onsite, you’ll be focusing on delivering and maintaining a quality standard onsite with our client.

You’ll be comfortable proactively managing your own time whilst working as part of a wider team, we are looking for someone with a positive outlook. Someone who wants to continually make difference to their and others working environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure all checklists are signed off as required.
• Respond to incidents following the agreed procedures
• Maintaining all centre public car park areas during trading hours.
• Dealing with spillages.
• Emptying waste bins.
• Servicing entrance and exits
• Maintaining designated external areas
• Use of rotary and scrubber drier machinery
• Helping to keep the customer areas like malls and toilets clean and tidy

Skills and Experience required.

• Experience in a similar role desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
• Driver’s License Preferred but not Essential (required for more hours in the week)
• Flexible and adaptable
