An established and progressive law firm, with an office in the North Down area, is looking to appoint a Family Law Solicitor to join its expanding team. This role offers the chance to work within a well-supported department that is known for handling a wide range of private family law matters with professionalism, care and discretion. The position is ideally suited to a solicitor who enjoys autonomy, values strong client relationships and wants to be part of a practice that is continuing to invest in its people and services.

You will be entrusted with a diverse and interesting caseload and given the space to develop your practice within a collaborative and experienced team.

What the role offers:

• Responsibility for your own caseload covering divorce, financial matters and children work
• Exposure to a broad range of family law matters, including sensitive and complex cases
• A supportive environment that encourages pragmatic, solution-focused outcomes
• The opportunity to build long-term client relationships within a stable and reputable firm

• A qualified solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in family law
• Confident managing matters independently from instruction to conclusion
• Experienced in both matrimonial and children law work
• Client-focused, professional and an effective communicator
• Children Order Panel membership welcomed but not essential
• Familiarity with LAMS or similar systems is beneficial
