Copilot Consultant​/Architect

We’re hiring a Copilot Consultant to support the successful deployment, adoption, and optimisation of AI‑powered workplace productivity solutions within large‑scale digital workplace and collaboration programmes.

This role combines consulting, solution advisory, technical enablement, and adoption support — helping stakeholders move from readiness and planning through to rollout, user activation, and measurable business value.

• Assess organisational readiness for AI‑enabled productivity tooling, including technical prerequisites, security, compliance, and governance considerations
• Advise on deployment approach, implementation planning, and rollout strategy
• Run discovery workshops and readiness sessions to identify business needs, technical dependencies, and priority use cases
• Provide practical recommendations to support secure, scalable, and effective implementation
• Support delivery from early discovery through to production rollout
• Guide stakeholders through technical validation, use case shaping, and implementation planning
• Help resolve deployment challenges, support issue triage, and coordinate escalations where required
• Deliver clear, solution‑led advice that balances user experience, business goals, and operational risk
• Drive post‑deployment adoption through user enablement, stakeholder engagement, training sessions, and best‑practice guidance
• Help establish effective governance and usage patterns to support long‑term success
• Use adoption insights, usage metrics, and outcome‑based measures to evidence value and identify next‑step opportunities
• Support wider business rollout by identifying additional use cases across functions such as Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and Technology
• Help shape repeatable consulting approaches across assessment, readiness, rollout, adoption, and optimisation
• Contribute to delivery playbooks, reusable frameworks, and best‑practice guidance
• Support the development of scalable solution offerings aligned to broader workplace transformation initiatives

• Strong experience in a consulting, advisory, or solution‑led role within digital workplace, collaboration, or productivity technologies
• Hands‑on experience supporting AI‑enabled productivity solutions

• Strong understanding of workplace productivity platforms, collaboration tooling, and core identity/access concepts
• Experience running readiness assessments and defining practical rollout plans
• Good knowledge of security, compliance, and governance considerations in enterprise technology environments
• Proven ability to drive adoption, change, and value realisation

• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholder groups
• Ability to translate technical capability into practical business use cases across different functions
• PAYE Contract
