Location: Bristol (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in office)

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE
The OpportunityI’m currently working with a well-established financial services organisation based in Bristol that is looking to add a Data Analyst to their growing analytics team.

You’ll be working closely with teams across finance, risk, and operations to turn complex datasets into clear insights that support business performance.

- Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business performance monitoring.
- Work with stakeholders across the organisation to gather data requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
- Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with ad‑hoc analysis and reporting requests from senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to improving analytics tools, reporting frameworks, and data processes.
- Proven experience working as a Data Analyst (experience within financial services or a regulated industry is highly beneficial).
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating datasets.
- Experience using Power BI,
Tableau or similar BI tools to build dashboards and visualisations. - Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and manipulation.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

- Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
. - Experience working with financial data, risk or regulatory reporting
. - Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
- £50,000 - £60,000 salary (depending on experience)
