Solutions Consultant – Academic Integrity

This is a global, consultative pre-sales role for someone who enjoys engaging academic audiences, running strong demos, and acting as a trusted product expert - translating technology into value, not just features.

We are now looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our global team. This is a consultative, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys discovery-led dialogue, engaging demonstrations, and thoughtful conversations with academic audiences.
You will work closely with our regional sales teams and collaborate with colleagues across the organisation, acting as a trusted product and domain expert across multiple regions and time zones. While you support the sales process, this is not a quota-carrying sales role. Your impact comes from expertise, credibility, and the ability to translate technology into meaningful institutional value.
You will report to the Global Director of Originality and Academic Integrity and play an important role in shaping how Inspera engages institutions globally on integrity, AI and assessment practice.
What you’ll be doing :- Leading discovery conversations with universities and professional bodies
- Delivering compelling online and in-person product demonstrations
- Acting as a trusted advisor on academic integrity and assessment workflows
- Translating product capabilities into clear, context-aware value
- Supporting RFPs and tender processes with structured, high-quality input
- Contributing to internal sales enablement by strengthening positioning and use-case clarity
- Representing Inspera at meetings, conferences and sector events
- Confident and engaging presenter, comfortable with senior academic stakeholders
- Naturally consultative and curious
- Strong communicator, able to simplify complex topics
- Able to bridge educational practice and technical capability
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, pre-sales, consultancy or similar
Experience from education or academia, particularly within Higher Education, is highly valued. An understanding of academic workflows, integrity processes and institutional environments is a strong advantage.
Fluency in additional languages is also a strong advantage
