Summary of Responsibilities
The opportunity provides exposure to various tax regimes and will encompass the drafting of tax returns from information provided to include:
- UK Non-Resident Landlord Corporation Tax Returns
- Offshore Trust UK tax returns;
- UK Individual personal returns;
- UK Inheritance Tax Returns;
- Calculation of gains and capital payments in an offshore trust;
- Jersey Individual tax returns;
- Jersey Trust returns;
- Jersey company tax returns including Economic Substance reporting;
- Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings for non-resident companies.
