Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of financial work streams across multiple regional rollouts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for financial system architecture and process refinement.
Engage with various departments to facilitate the transition to standardized global accounting workflows.
Offer specialist insight into core ledger functions, payables, receivables, asset management, and corporate budgeting.
Coordinate with global process leads and engineering teams to ensure system builds meet both international standards and regional compliance laws.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and functional training for staff to maximize software engagement.
Contribute expert analysis to the project’s central steering committee to support strategic technical choices.
Keep the finance solution competitive by evaluating new platform enhancements and industry advancements.

Requirements

Extensive background in ERP Finance and Operations (Dynamics ecosystem), with a focus on enterprise-level financial modules.
Demonstrated history of leading project teams through complex deployments in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Academic background in Finance, Business, or Computer Science (Degree level).
Comprehensive grasp of GAAP/IFRS, fiscal reporting standards, and statutory tax obligations.
Practical expertise in system configuration, tailoring financial workflows, and managing environment setups.
Experience utilizing collaborative lifecycle management tools and data migration frameworks.
Advanced analytical skills capable of resolving intricate functional gaps and technical bottlenecks.
Top-tier interpersonal skills with the ability to manage expectations in a diverse, multinational environment.
