Learning Mentor

Chilwell School is seeking to appoint a dedicated, compassionate and motivated Learning Mentor to join our supportive and forward-thinking Learning Support team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning, develop independence and achieve their full potential.

Working under the direction of the Learning Support Manager, you will support pupils both in and out of the classroom, delivering targeted interventions, in-class support and keyworker sessions. You will play a vital role in promoting pupils’ academic progress, emotional wellbeing and social development.

You will follow a structured timetable that includes interventions, in-class support and keyworker responsibilities.
