Site Agent

Are you an experienced Site Agent looking for a role where you can take real ownership of projects and make a visible impact? Our client is seeking a confident, hands‑on Site Agent to lead site operations on small to medium‑sized projects, or support larger schemes. You’ll manage your team, control quality, costs, and programmes, and be a key part of delivering high‑quality, successful construction projects.

• Leading site teams including sub-agents, foremen, engineers, and operatives.
• Ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are always met.
• Managing programmes, budgets, materials, and plant efficiently.
• Overseeing sub‑contractors and ensuring excellent workmanship.
• Keeping detailed site records, progress reports, and risk assessments.
• Driving projects through handover, snagging, and as‑built completion.
• Liaising with project managers, QS teams, and stakeholders professionally.

• Degree or NVQ Level 4 in Construction Management (or equivalent).
• SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid certified.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT, and ICE contracts.
• Skilled in reading drawings, specifications, and BQs.
• Experienced with programme management software (e.g., Asta).
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm
