A local playschool in Northern Ireland is seeking a Playschool Leader to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure safe, stimulating play for children aged 2 years 10 months to 4 years. The role includes leading a staff team, planning engaging activities, and maintaining compliance with legal requirements. Ideal candidates will have a Level 5 qualification in Childcare Learning & Development or a relevant degree, alongside two years of experience with pre-school children.

The position starts at 17 hours per week, rising to 21 hours from September 2026.
