This exciting fixed-term maternity cover role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping each applicant's journey, from first enquiry through to enrolment. You'll provide clear, friendly guidance and accurate advice, manage your own portfolio of courses and applicants, and work closely with academic teams to ensure a fair and consistent experience. The role also includes coordinating events, supporting outreach activity, resolving initial queries and complaints, maintaining high-quality data, contributing to process improvements, and representing the College at open events, making it a varied, collaborative, and rewarding opportunity.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in accurate data processing and administration.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing processes and projects from start to finish.
  • Skilled in using systems such as CRM, UNITe and Excel.
  • Proven customer service experience by phone and email in an office setting.
