Sales Assistant

Hours:

21 per week. We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our welcoming team.

Location:

Belfast (Newtownabbey). Salary: £12.30 per hour.

From the moment our customers walk through the door, or you walk into their home, you'll be creating a warm and memorable experience. That might mean greeting them with a smile, helping them dodge the rain with an umbrella, and guiding them through our unique chair fitting service. You'll help customers discover the wellbeing benefits of our expertly designed chairs and sofas, supporting them in finding a style, fabric and size that truly suits their needs.

You'll also help keep the showroom looking its best, ensuring everything feels fresh, tidy and welcoming. We're open every day, so you'll need to be happy working a mix of weekdays and weekends. A DBS check will apply, as this is a customer-facing role.

• Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalised service in-store and in customers’ homes.
• Guide customers through the chair fitting service and help them discover the wellbeing benefits of our products.
• Assist in keeping the showroom tidy, fresh and welcoming.
• Support customers in choosing style, fabric and size to suit their needs.

• A warm, empathetic and friendly approach.
• A great eye for detail and pride in your presentation.
• A passion for people and helping others.
• While previous experience in retail sales and customer service is a plus, it’s your enthusiasm, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn that truly matters to us.
