Belfast, South-Eastern & Northern Health and Social Care Trusts/Somerton House (this role will be predominantly based in the community up to 25-mile radius from home)

• To provide support and respite care for patients and families in their own home.
• To deliver high quality nursing care to patients with palliative care needs by implementing and evaluating individualized care plans.

The Northern Ireland Hospice is a local charity offering specialist respite, symptom management and end of life palliative care to infants, children, and adults across Northern Ireland.
