Customer Engagement Specialist. Antrim | Hybrid Working Available. Salary up to £28,000 per annum.

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm. We are delighted to be working with a well-established and forward-thinking company based in Antrim, who are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join their growing team.

• Provide ongoing administrative support to the Sales Team and customers.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and support.
• Answer and appropriately forward incoming calls.
• Manage workloads efficiently and ensure timely progression through to invoicing.
• Design and implement effective communication plans and personalised customer touchpoints.
• Track customer engagement behaviour and produce reports to identify trends and insights.
• Engage proactively with customers: address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as necessary.
• Provide technical and product support, guiding users and troubleshooting problems.
• Develop positive rapport and advocate for customers internally.
• Implement strategies for customer retention, loyalty programs, upsell/cross-sell initiatives.

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer engagement role, administrative, or customer service role.
• Experience with line of business applications and invoicing.
• Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or technical environments.
• Familiarity with data reporting tools, e-commerce platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
