Location: Donnelly Group, Mallusk Way

We are currently recruiting for a number of Service Advisors to join our Mallusk team. At Donnelly Group, every role plays a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience, and this position is no exception. As a Service Advisor, you will be at the heart of our aftersales operation, acting as the key link between our customers and skilled technicians, ensuring every customer journey is handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional service.
  • Managing service and repair bookings, keeping customers informed at every stage.
  • Coordinating with the workshop and parts teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Advising customers on service and maintenance plans.
  • The role involves proactively promoting service offers, following up with customers, and encouraging repeat Aftersales business through a consistently professional approach.
  • Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through clear communication and attention to detail.
  • The role will involve face to face and over the phone interactions with customers and colleagues.

  • Previous two years experience in a customer facing, or administrative role.
  • A customer service champion with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Required Criteria
  • A full driver’s licence as driving duties is involved.

Desired Criteria
  • Previous Customer Service or Service desk experience
  • Previous experience within the automotive industry
  • Previous working experience with targets and selling
