We are seeking an ambitious Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for our client, a leading main contractor.

• Support the senior commercial team in all cost management and financial aspects of the project.
• Prepare valuations, cost/value reports, and subcontractor payments.
• Manage and procure subcontract packages.
• Assist with cost forecasting, budgeting, and variation management.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with company procedures.

• A proven background as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a main contractor.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects is highly desirable.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a site-based team.
• 3-5 years experience
