Sales Administrator

Environmental Street Furniture are looking to bring onboard a Sales Administrator on a part-time basis of 16-20 hours per week to work alongside and assist the sales team as we navigate new and existing markets.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team daily
• Confident telephone manner when liaising with customer on telephone
• Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and contracts.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems
• Respond to customer enquiries and communicate with internal sales staff
• Follow company policies and sales procedures
• Any other ad-hoc sales administrative duties

• Experience in a sales administration or administrative support role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
