What you would be doing… Supporting with getting J out in the community, visiting the park or participating in other activities outside, helping to boost confidence, to broaden his interests and support to develop his independence skills.

It's important that you are reliable and have good timekeeping. A bubbly personality with a good sense of humour, along with a kind and caring nature. You should be active and happy to get involved in the things J enjoys, and having similar interests would be a plus. Some knowledge or experience of Koolen-de Vries Syndrome would be great, but it isn't essential.

J is a happy and active 16 year old, with a love for Football, Formula One and Westling. J enjoys playing on his Computer or Play Station or being outside.
J has a diagnosis of Koolen-de Vries Syndrome and a Learning Disability.
Hours and rate of payhours £12.50 per hour, 3.5 hours to be utilised in one session, every two weeks.
An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.
