As a Site Operative, you'll be right at the heart of the action - helping erect and dismantle temporary structures, supporting deliveries on site, and working closely with our Site Management teams to keep everything running smoothly. No two days look the same!
A great work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
- Someone physically fit and happy working outdoors in all types of weather
- Flexibility to travel and stay away when needed
- Good written and verbal English
- Good communication skills and punctuality
- Experience in construction or events is a bonus but not essential
- A positive attitude and desire to learn - full training provided!

- Assist with erecting and dismantling temporary structures, flooring and interiors as directed
- Load and unload vehicles on site
- Work safely with or around plant equipment (e.g., Forklift, Telehandler, Scissor Lift) if certified
- Follow site plans under supervision and adhere to all site rules and safety procedures
- Act as a positive team member and support less experienced colleagues
