Cambridge Hospital | Ward | Bank Contract - Ad hoc | Includes weekend work. Up to £16.00 Per Hour. Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Staff Nurse on the Elective Surgical Ward at our Cambridge Hospital, you will drive the standard in patient care. You are registered with the appropriate governing body, bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC, and have post‑registration experience.
Responsibilities- Be flexible, motivated, an excellent communicator and team worker
- Join a close‑knit team headed by our matron on our consultant‑led ward
- Fully understand and pay close attention to each patient's needs
- Work directly with some of the best clinical talent around
- Gain valuable experience of new practices, equipment and facilities
- Collaborate with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity in patient care

About the HospitalNuffield Health Cambridge Hospital is a state‑of‑the‑art, central‑Cambridge premium private hospital, boasting an Outstanding CQC score. We offer a full range of medical and surgical specialities, including cancer care and surgery, orthopaedic (including robotic) surgery, neurosurgery, cardiology and specialist paediatric services. We have recently secured a partnership with the Royal Papworth NHS Trust and will expand our cardiology services. Our facilities include three digital theatres, 32 beds, a surgical day case theatre/endoscopy suite, surgical day PODs, private consultation rooms, close‑monitoring units, a chemotherapy suite, an on‑site registered pharmacy, a diagnostic scanning unit and a pathology laboratory.
