Hours: 48 hour contract
Shift Times: 20:00 – 08:00
Location: Plas Cae Crwn, Newtown

Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Residential Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at Plas Cae Crwn, a purpose-built service providing residential and nursing care for older people with physical frailty and for older people living with dementia.

• Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice.
• Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
• Report changes in residents’ needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation.

• Experience working with older people in residential care.
• You will have completed or be working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.
• Ability to lead a team and use your own initiative.
