Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Plas Cae Crwn. Plas Cae Crwn provides 24-hour care and support to elderly residents with various needs, including residential, respite and dementia care. It is located in a pleasant residential area of Newtown close to a local bus route, with shops nearby.

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our service users. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offering personal care, including bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy and caring environment
