We are seeking a Training Advisor to support apprentices and employers within Pathways Training. The role involves assessing learner needs, providing ongoing guidance and mentoring, and working closely with employers and partners to support successful apprenticeship outcomes.
Scale 5, Points 25-28, £32,241 - £34,720 per annum, pro rata, equivalent to £13,070 - £14,075 per annum.
15 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).
Part time, permanent.
About youYou will need to hold a Level 4 qualification in relevant discipline (HNC or equivalent) and have relevant industrial experience along with level 2 qualifications in Maths and English and be IT Literate to level
2. Relevant education/training experience is essential.
