Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Newtown for a Customer Care Executive. The role involves assisting patients with inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, facilitating appointment scheduling, managing feedback, and addressing concerns promptly. The Customer Care Executive will also support cross-functional collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to enhance the overall patient experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including professionalism and empathy
  • Basic proficiency in Sales to effectively communicate service offerings
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered healthcare environment
  • Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic MS Office applications
