  • Analyze system performance and lead root-cause investigations

  • Maintain clear, professional written and verbal communication with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and next steps
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records within our ERP and service management systems
  • Learn and effectively use our ERP platform to track service history, parts usage, and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with Engineering on product performance improvements
  • Provide technical leadership within the service function

  • 5+ years servicing industrial equipment or laboratory instrumentation
  • Strong background in:

  • Control systems
  • Electro-mechanical assemblies
  • Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot beyond part replacement
  • Experience using ERP, MRP, or service management software, or willingness to quickly learn structured systems
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers by phone and email
  • Independent thinker and advanced problem solver
