Operations Manager, Administrative Management
Thomas Edison Electric, Inc.
- Newtown, PA
This is not a warehouse job. This is a leadership seat
.
If you are the kind of person who cannot stand disorganization, if you naturally see what is missing, what is broken, and what could be done better, if you take pride in running tight systems that make everyone else look good, then you may be exactly who we are looking for.
What You Will OwnYou will not just manage a warehouse. You will control the flow of materials, tools, and equipment that powers the entire company. Your mission is simple:
Nothing missing. Nothing late. Nothing wasted.
- Run daily warehouse operations so field crews are always job‑ready
- Build systems for inventory, staging, and tool tracking that actually work
- Eliminate waste, loss, and chaos through strong controls and accountability
- Coordinate deliveries, returns, and vendor pickups
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, organized, and inspection‑ready
- Track inventory and produce accurate reports
- Work directly with supervisors, project managers, and office staff
- Protect material budgets and reduce unnecessary spend
- Lead warehouse staff (if applicable) with clarity and standards
This role is for someone who wants control, order, and excellence — not excuses.
Who This Is For- Has 2‑3+ years in warehouse or construction‑based operations
- Knows electrical materials, tools, and job‑site flow (strongly preferred)
- Has led people or systems before
- Is highly organized, detail‑driven, and disciplined
- Can lift up to 75 lbs and works comfortably in a physical environment
- Is comfortable using inventory software, spreadsheets, and basic tech
- Communicates clearly and holds people accountable
- Has a valid driver’s license and insurable record
- Takes pride in accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement
If you are tired of chaos, miscounts, missing tools, last‑minute scrambles, and being blamed for broken systems — this role gives you the authority to fix them.
