This is a full-time, on-site role located in Newtown, PA, for an Employee Benefits Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will identify and pursue new business opportunities, provide exceptional consulting services to clients, and develop tailored benefits solutions in collaboration with employers. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, building strong client relationships, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of employee benefits and HR solutions.

• Experience in Sales and ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs
• Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring an exceptional client experience
• Strong Communication and Consulting skills to effectively build relationships and provide strategic support
• Proficiency in identifying and addressing client needs while maintaining a proactive approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Prior experience in the employee benefits or HR consulting industry is a plus
• Life & Health Insurance License or ability to obtain within 2 months.
