About the Role:

As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming and engaging in-store experience and help customers design our products to fit their style and space. • Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Provide attentive service to all customers and build customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, effectively demo, assist, and educate customers.
• Guide the customer from first interest to purchase, focusing on quotes, closing the sale, and maintaining relationships.
• Conduct customer outreach using company-provided tools and communication methods.
• Identify and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store by following merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, promotions, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Utilize company tools, sales data, and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain standards and safety.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High-School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including product demonstrations, assisting customers, and utilizing internal CRM systems
• Support Lovesac’s omni-channel customer experience by being flexible to assist in-person at your home store, local stores, third-party vendors, and remote customer service shifts
• Must be able to travel to local stores, third-party vendors, and for occasional meetings
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and customer data; effective communication and conflict-management skills
• Must be able to move furniture up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks (bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, standing, etc.)

Associates will be eligible to receive up to 26 hours of paid time off within our fiscal calendar year. They will be paid 1 1/2 times their regular rate for any hours worked over 40 hours in a work week. In addition, they will be eligible to receive 1 1/2 times their regular rate for any hours worked on company designated holidays.
