* Responsibilities include customer service positions such as host/hostess/cashier and drive through order takers. Also hiring line cooks, kitchen prep cooks and drive through coordinators.
* As a crew member you will engage customers and prep/serve food. No experience needed. Just a positive attitude and reliable attendance!
* Please be local to the Bucks or Montgomery County areas with reliable transportation. Applicants should be at least 15 years of age.
* This Wendy's location is owned by CDA Foods, Inc. We are a local, family run franchise organization from Bucks County with existing locations in Warminster, Warrington and Newtown. All employees have a direct line of communication and will be able to work alongside the owners. We have also been a valuable resource for employees seeking letters of recommendations and an advocate for future endeavors.
What you can expect
* Full time employees are eligible for paid vacation time and healthcare/dental/vision benefits. Additional employment benefits for all employees include performance gift cards, referral bonuses, food discounts and tuition assistance bonus payments of up to several hundred dollars per semester for accredited college classes.
* We offer flexible schedules with our restaurant team members that cater to your needs. Whether you'd like to work 40 hours a week or 10 hours a week, we can accommodate!
* Currently starting all new crew members between $12 and $14/hr based on shift preference and work experience.
* Promotional opportunities to shift supervisor are also available for interested applicants at starting rates of $14-$16/hr depending on availability and work experience.
