Overview
Bomba Tacos & Tequila – Newtown
PositionBOH Supervisor — Full-time or Part-time. This hourly position requires nights and weekends. Salary: $22.00 per hour.
Education:
High school degree.
- Manage all aspects of BOH staff, food preparation and production, and kitchen clean up.
- Maintain strong culinary skills and ensure adherence to kitchen standards.
- 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry, in BOH.
- Preference for culinary school diploma or Serv Safe certification.
- Adhere to food safety standards.
- Strong culinary and knife skills.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to speak, read and write English;
Spanish is a plus.
