Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to assist and manage our digital marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, driving lead generation, and aligning digital strategies and branding with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and content creation, particularly within the construction or home improvement industry.

Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Execution
  • Assist in implementing digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and generate consistent inbound leads for both Lemus Construction and Lemus Remodeling Group.
  • Support paid and organic campaign setup, tracking, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Linkedin, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
Content Creation & Management
  • Create and edit engaging and informative content tailored to our target audience, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with field teams and the Marketing Manager to capture homeowner or community-focused stories
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social platforms.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Track performance of paid ads, SEO content, and social campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
Website
  • Regularly update the company website (Word Press) with new pages, photos, videos, and service details.
  • Collaborate with developers or web vendors as needed for enhancements.
  • Ensure web content accuracy, consistent formatting, and keyword optimization following SEO best practices.
  • Post blog content, new service pages, and project showcases on an ongoing basis
Social Media Oversight
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, and Instagram.
  • Help plan and execute paid social campaigns for targeted homeowner or association audiences.
  • Respond to community comments, inquiries, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (occasional travel to job sites or events required).
  • Comfort working at heights or around roofing projects when capturing photo and video content.
Preferred
  • Industry experience in construction, remodeling, or trades-based businesses
  • Familiarity with Word Press, Builder Trend, Hub Spot, or other CMS & CRM platforms
  • Graphic design & video editing experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Understanding of SEO principles, keyword strategy, and optimization tools (SEMrush, Yoast, Google Search Console)
  • Experience with website analytics, content ranking, and organic growth strategies
  • Drone operation or aerial photography experience.
