Our multifamily roofing division is growing, and we are seeking a dedicated Roofing Project Manager to lead on-site operations and support project success.

Position

Summary

The Site Supervisor is a field-based leadership role responsible for the day-to-day execution of active construction projects. This role works closely with Project Managers and Operations leadership to ensure jobs are run safely, efficiently, and according to plan. The Site Supervisor serves as the primary on-site point of contact, overseeing crews, monitoring quality, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the job site remains organized, compliant, and productive.

This position is hands-on and requires strong field presence, attention to detail, and the ability to lead crews while maintaining professional communication with property managers, residents, and inspectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onsite Project Execution:
    Oversee daily job site operations and ensure work is performed according to scope, plans, and specifications
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field crews
  • Ensure proper sequencing of work and adherence to project schedules
  • Monitor job progress and communicate updates to the Project Manager
  • Quality Control & Safety:
    Enforce company quality standards and conduct routine inspections of completed work
  • Identify and address deficiencies or rework issues promptly
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
  • Material & Logistics Coordination:
    Confirm materials, equipment, and tools are on-site and ready for daily operations
  • Coordinate deliveries and staging with the warehouse and logistics teams
  • Track material or issues
  • Communication & Customer Interaction:
    Serve as the on-site representative of Lemus Construction
  • Communicate professionally with property managers, board members, residents, and inspectors
  • Address questions or concerns in a calm and solutions-oriented manner
  • Escalate issues to Project Management or Operations leadership as needed
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Document daily site activity, progress photos, and notes using company systems (Buildertrend)
  • Assist with inspections, punch lists, and closeout activities
  • Report schedule impacts, weather delays, or scope changes
Qualifications
  • Required:

    Experience in construction management and site supervision
  • Deep understanding of installation best practices
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to manage multiple crews and job site logistics
  • Comfortable working at heights, including climbing ladders and accessing slope roofs as part of daily duties
  • Preferred:
    Bilingual – Fluent in both English and Spanish (highly preferred)
  • Experience in multifamily and/or HOA projects
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • Familiarity with digital tools for reporting, scheduling, or documentation
