What You Will OwnYou won’t just supervise. You will set the tone for how your team serves, sells, and succeeds. Your mission is simple:
Lead with purpose. Coach with intention. Drive results with heart.
- Lead, train, and develop a growing sales and service team
- Use KPIs to coach and guide improvement
- Build strong client relationships
- Identify inefficiencies and remove them quickly
- Maintain clarity in a fast-paced environment
- Use Service Titan, Excel, Teams, and Share Point
- Delegate effectively and keep the team aligned
This role fits someone who:
- Has led teams of 20+ people
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Thrives under pressure

- Understands sales, service, or client-facing work
- Uses technology comfortably
Base: $95K-$125K
Total Potential: $200K+ with bonuses & equity
Schedule:
Monday-Saturday, 40+ hours

Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year
