ELECTRICAL SERVICE MANAGER Thomas Edison Electric - Newtown, PA

You Will
- Lead and develop a team of electricians
- Run daily electrical service operations
- Manage dispatch and scheduling for productivity and profitability
- Ensure safety and technical standards are met
- Build trust with clients
- Solve problems early and decisively
- Set expectations and maintain accountability
- Navigate Service Titan, Excel, Teams, and Share Point
- Partner with leadership to hit KPIs and strategic goals
This role is for someone who wants ownership, not just oversight.
Who This Is For

- Has electrical experience (required)
- Has led teams of 20+ people and knows how to coach for performance

- Uses technology confidently (Service Titan experience is a plus)

Compensation & Schedule
Base: $95K-$125K Total Potential: $200K+ with bonuses & equity
Schedule:
Monday-Saturday, 40+ hours

Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year
