SEO Coordinator – Research, Analytics & AI Search Optimization; PA

Idea Evolver is seeking a driven
SEO Coordinator
to join our growing Owned Media & Analytics team. This is not a typical SEO role—we’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of research, technical SEO, and the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-powered search and chat optimization.
As part of our team, you’ll dive deep into audience search behavior, analyze website performance, and craft data-driven insights that directly inform content, product positioning, and client strategy. You’ll collaborate with healthcare and consumer-brand leaders, helping them adapt to the next generation of digital discovery.
What You’ll Do

• Conduct advanced
  keyword and audience behavior research
  using SEMrush, Google Search Console, and emerging AI-search insight tools.
• Develop
  search behavior analyses
  and translate findings into clear, actionable strategies for clients.
• Implement and support
  technical SEO best practices
  to ensure websites meet modern performance and indexability standards.
• Monitor and analyze
  organic performance metrics
  in Google Analytics, delivering insights and optimization recommendations.
• Stay ahead of the curve in
  AI-driven search and chat experiences
  , helping clients position their content for visibility in conversational and predictive environments.
• Create client deliverables including reports, optimization roadmaps, and presentations that drive real business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of SEO or digital marketing experience
  with a proven track record in research and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with
  SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
  (Tag Manager and Looker Studio a plus).
• Strong grasp of
  technical SEO fundamentals
  (crawlability, site architecture, structured data, page speed, etc.).
• A curious, research-driven mindset with the ability to uncover insights and communicate them clearly.
• Familiarity with
  emerging AI search trends
  (AI Overviews, chat assistants, schema/structured data for LLMs, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills—able to turn complex data into client-ready stories.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries is a bonus.
