Janney Montgomery Scott LLC is seeking a Private Client Associate to provide client service and administrative support to the Gormley Furlong Wealth Advisory Group. This role supports client relationships, account administration, and internal coordination to help deliver a high‑quality client experience in a fast‑paced, in‑office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely, professional, and courteous service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow‑up, answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct requests appropriately.
- Proactively utilize available technology and tools to support efficient time management; assist FAs in organizing and implementing productivity‑based campaigns; be knowledgeable of all firm technology necessary to provide quick responses to FA and client inquiries.
- Connect with others to foster trust and create collaborative relationships; anticipate potential issues and alert respective FA and/or Branch Management as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior office experience preferred.
- Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 preferred; if unlicensed, able to obtain licensing within twelve months from the date of hire.
- Strong client service orientation with professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ACT).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work 5 days a week in person.
