- Lead, motivate, and direct all field crews assigned to foundation work.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and OSHA requirements.
- Provide field personnel with the tools, equipment, materials, and information needed to perform work safely and efficiently.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, tracking schedule and budget compliance.
- Review and understand project plans, specifications, and work scopes related to foundations.
- Monitor productivity, costs, and job performance for assigned work activities.
- Implement and maintain QA/QC processes to ensure high‑quality workmanship.
- Identify and proactively address changing site conditions and unforeseen challenges.
- Track project costs, review job cost reports, and assist with claims related to foundation work.
- Inspect job sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in heavy civil and deep foundation construction, strong leadership skills, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
