Event Manager / Planner
- Oversee booking and management of shared campus facilities (Auditorium, Arts Centre, Sports Hall, Swimming Pool, Futsal Court, Tennis Courts)
Source and facilitate external bookings (e.g., concerts, workshops, conferences, events)
Provide logistic support for external events and programmes
Supervise cleaners and manage their training and development
Liaise with contractors on maintenance and improvement works
Coordinate with external hirers on bookings, usage, and payments
Manage campus finance matters (budget, expenditures, fixed assets) and report quarterly
Implement Safe Management Measures during health and safety incidents
RequirementsDiploma in any discipline (relevant experience may substitute for diploma)
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, logistics, or estate management
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Duration/
Working hours:
1 year contract ( 1
Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2028)
Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:45pm, inclusive of 45 minutes
lunch break
Fridays: 8:30am to 5:15pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
