Snider Fleet Solutions, a leading commercial tire dealer and retread service provider, is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician for our Wheel Right technology division. This hands-on role involves basic construction, hardware installation, and maintenance of equipment.

• 1+ years of construction and/or technician experience (electrical experience is a plus)
• Valid Class C Driver s License (forklift certification is a plus)
• Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, low voltage, and Ethernet terminations
• Proficiency with construction, safety rules, and maintenance
• Experience with MS Office and ability to learn and use new software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, on-site customers, contractors, and other technicians
• Read blueprints for civil works needed for site preparation
• Manage in-market subcontractors and oversee all trade work processes
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of technology hardware
• Conduct inventory management of technology hardware and company tools
• Execute civil works for site preparation using appropriate equipment
• Coordinate installation activities, perform maintenance, minor construction and troubleshoot
• Follow safety protocols and company policies

• Ability to read technical manuals and instructions
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service-oriented
• Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Pass background check and drug screen

This position requires approximately 75% travel and some weekends. The role involves exposure to outside working environments, moving mechanical parts, fumes, and moderate to high noise levels.
