CNA I – Facilities (Caldwell, Catawba & McDowell Counties)

Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our facilities team, providing exceptional care to hospice patients in nursing homes. Working under the guidance of a licensed nurse, the CNA will help implement individualized care plans, support patients’ daily needs, and manage assigned caseloads with empathy and professionalism.

This position serves patients across Caldwell, Catawba, and McDowell Counties.

Employee Type:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

One to three years clinical experience. Hospice or home health care experience preferred.

Required Degree:

Certified as a Nursing Assistant. NA I must have current listing as NA I with DFS. Must maintain CPR certification.

Full-time positions come with an outstanding benefits package, including paid time off and mileage reimbursement.
