Parts - Tool Crib Technician

Job Description

• Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures.
• Communicate with internal and external customers.
• Work with vendors on cost savings.
• Assist associates in locating the necessary parts, tools and supplies needed to maintain and support production.
• Create and maintain Material Masters in SAP.
• Create and maintain Purchasing Info Records in SAP.
• Confirm accuracy of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Maintain correct counts and location of parts in SAP.
• Lead and Track Weekly Cycle counts.
• Research and assist in ordering parts/tooling.
• Assist accounting in price discrepancy on parts/tool crib purchase orders.
• Stock parts, tooling and supplies in cribs and satellite locations.
• Maintain proper storage of material for safety, space utilization, easy access and identification.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization in cribs and satellite locations.

• Strong literacy and numerical reasoning skills
• Proficient with computers and common software tools (Excel, Word); SAP required
• Comfortable navigating online resources and web‑based applications
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Solid organizational and time‑management skills
• Working knowledge of inventory control practices and material handling
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through with minimal supervision
• Prior manufacturing or industrial environment or tool crib experience preferred
