We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise‑grade network solutions. This role requires deep expertise in advanced networking technologies, strong leadership capability, and hands‑on experience in automation and infrastructure as code.
The ideal candidate will lead network architecture initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and ensure secure, scalable, and high‑performing network environments across data center, campus, and enterprise infrastructures.
Responsibilities:- Lead network architecture and engineering initiatives.
- Design and deploy SD‑WAN, LAN, and EVPN‑VXLAN solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, and enterprise switching (Cisco/Arista).
- Architect and manage wireless networks (MIST preferred).
- Drive network automation using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and APIs.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate cross‑functionally.
- Maintain documentation and ensure standards compliance.
- Participate in on‑call support rotation.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 8+ years IT experience; 2–3+ years in a lead/senior role.
- Strong expertise in routing, switching, SD‑WAN, EVPN‑VXLAN.
- Hands‑on experience with Cisco and Arista platforms.
- Advanced network automation skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
