Tekberry is proactively recruiting Engineers and Technical Specialists for multiple upcoming contract openings with our client, a world-class manufacturing and technology leader in North Carolina. These positions support projects across automation, mechanical design, and process improvement in advanced manufacturing environments.

• Manufacturing / Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement mechanical or controls systems to support production operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new equipment and systems.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Optimize system performance and reliability through root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Maintain documentation, drawings, and technical reports in compliance with engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
• 3-8 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on exposure to PLCs, automation, robotics, or process controls.
• Proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Solid Works) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Preferred

• Familiarity with ISA-95 standards, machine commissioning, and HMI integration.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Willingness to travel between nearby NC sites as needed (typically
