Job Description & How to Apply Below

Overview

Production Systems and NPI Engineer. Imagine this. A new component is slated for launch in three months. You audit the process flow, run a quick simulation on an updated fixture, and partner with design to adjust a feature for easier assembly. By integrating feedback from quality and operations, you lock in control plans and standard work, then see first-pass yield rise and cycle time stabilize.

That is the kind of impact you will make here.

Your impact
  • Develop and scale manufacturing processes that consistently meet safety, quality, and throughput targets.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for chronic production issues.
  • Lead aspects of new product introduction to ensure designs are production-ready and cost-effective.
  • Leverage CAD and process simulation to de-risk tooling, fixtures, and layouts.
  • Build and maintain documentation, control plans, and standard work.
  • Deliver measurable cost and scrap reductions through lean initiatives.
  • Collaborate tightly with design engineering, production, and quality to align on requirements and acceptance criteria.
Background we seek
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and improve production processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred profile
  • Experience with automotive manufacturing processes and standards.
  • Hands-on with CAD and process simulation tools.
  • Working knowledge of lean and Six Sigma methods.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Approximately 0 to 3 years in a manufacturing engineering role.
Who should apply

Ideal for recent graduates and early-career engineers with up to 3 years of experience who are proactive, adaptable, and excited to deliver operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
