10:30am - 7pm, 5 days per week including every other weekend. Pay rate up to $19.65/hour, based on experience. Bristol Glen, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), is thoughtfully designed to provide person directed care in a home-like environment to ensure exceptional care and quality of life for our residents.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of cooking and meal preparation experience.
• 3-4 years of related work experience. No supervisory experience required

• Ensures quality meal preparation including the following: consistency, presentation, flavor, temperature.
• Ensures safe food preparation including: receiving, storage, cooking, service, cleaning and sanitation of tools and work space.
• Fiscal stewardship of resident spends by following recipes, preparing food quantities as instructed, batch cooking and using proper cooking methods and techniques.
• Integral part of the production team supporting all dining programs (catering, events, retail, etc.).

Salary: $18.35 - $19.65 per hour
