Overview
JOB TITLE: Extrusion Operator/ Team Lead
LOCATION: Sparta, NJ
- Provides leadership and training for all team members and sets daily priorities.
- Fabricate thermo-plastic products and/or materials.
- Retain accurate records of inspection, time and material usage.
- Maintain regular communication with manager and provide updates on team performance.
- Ensure team members adhere to OSHA safety standards, PPE, and ISO regulations.
- Must have extrusion operator and leadership experience.
- 5+ years working in an ISO regulated thermoplastic manufacturing environment.
Monday-Thursday 7:00AM - 5:30PM (OT some half days on Fridays as needed) Direct Hire
