• Prepare & record daily bank transactions in our system, applying Customer invoices.
• Monitor and maintain Accounts Receivable aging.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable process through correspondence and collection calls as directed.
• Work with Customers to reconcile their accounts.
• Investigate Customer Accounts with discrepancies & resolve them in timely manner
• Retrieve credit reports and assist with the review of customers.
• Processing Accounts Payable vendor invoices as needed.
• Prepare a weekly payment proposal of vendor invoices
• Assist in the month end closing.

• Associate degree or equivalent, three to five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with an ERP system.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.

Monday-Thursday 8AM - 5PM, Friday 8AM-3PM Temp position-strong opportunity to go permanent for the right fit.
