We’re Seeking a Cook Or Chef Who- Loves authentic Italian food and cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients

You’ll work closely with Chef Mario La Posta and our talented culinary team, learning the art of lievito madre pizza, fresh pasta, and regional Italian cooking techniques.
