Role Overview

• Apply productized AI/ML models to advance active drug discovery campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to the scientific community by writing and publishing peer‑reviewed articles with limited oversight.
• Work cross‑functionally with scientific teams, providing subject matter expertise on how AI can answer cheminformatics and bioinformatics questions.
• As the AI Research Scientist II, you will stay current with the latest research in AI for drug discovery to continuously bring innovative ideas to the team.

• A degree or higher level in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry).
• Proven industry experience in AI and drug discovery, with a solid understanding of statistics, classical machine learning methods, and deploying advanced deep learning models (Transformers, Graph Neural Networks).
• Demonstrated experience validating AI‑driven drug discovery initiatives through wet lab experiments.
