As a Real Estate Agent, you will help clients buy, sell, and rent residential properties while delivering an exceptional, tech-enabled client experience. You will work remotely and independently, using our systems and training to generate leads, manage your pipeline, and guide clients through every step of the transaction.
Responsibilities- Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in residential real estate transactions.
- Conduct comparative market analyses and advise on pricing and market conditions.
- Prepare and manage contracts, disclosures, and related documentation.
- Communicate proactively with clients from first contact through closing.
- Use MLS, Dotloop, and Deposit Link tools to manage listings and transactions.
- Execute lead generation and marketing activities (online, social media, referrals, open houses).
- Excellent commission structure with strong earning potential.
- Personalized mentoring from experienced real estate professionals.
- Deep brokerage experience in Sales, Rentals, Affordable Housing, Foreclosures, and Bank-owned properties.

- Proven strategies, cloud-based tools, and training to help you grow your business.
- Active real estate license (or in process of obtaining one).
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with online platforms and digital transactions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in real estate, business, or a related field preferred.
